enabling venues and suppliers to trade smarter. Since ****, our network has grown to 50,000

cafes, restaurants, and bars - over half the venues in Australia - ordering from 1,000 local

wholesale suppliers.

Our platform offers suppliers the most advanced ERP integrations in the industry. Orders and

payments from customers flow seamlessly through the Ordermentum app and sync with
n
suppliers' systems for account management, operations, fulfilment, finance, and more.

To scale effectively, we're investing in a hands‐on technical IC to own integration design,
n
low‐code prototyping, and project delivery. You'll work with Sales, Onboarding, and Integration
n
Support to accelerate supplier onboarding and improve outcomes.
n
This role is for someone who wants to design, prototype, and deliver integrations that directly
n
drive supplier success and revenue growth, working closely with our Supplier Sales and
n
Onboarding teams.
n
What you'll do
n
Sales Solution Design & System Analysis
n
n
Consult with suppliers to understand their core workflows and integration needs with the Ordermentum platform.
n
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate designs, and align stakeholders on outcomes.
n
Recommend integration strategies, identify risks, and propose best practices to meet business and technical requirements.
n




Translate business requirements into technical design documents, balancing off‐the‐shelf Ordermentum capabilities, API integration design, and custom workflows as appropriate.
n
Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to ensure accurate solution pitches, clear expectations, and informed design decisions.
n
Influence and negotiate with customers and stakeholders to reach the best possible solution approaches.
n

Integration Project Delivery & Customer Configuration
n
n
Configure, test, and troubleshoot integration components hands‐on.
n
Support deployment, post‐production, and enhancements for smooth transitions to operations.
n
Use low‐code workflow tools and APIs to tailor the platform for each supplier, partnering with Product and Engineering as needed.
n
Manage end‐to‐end implementations, including third‐party integration partners and UAT.
n
Lead client workshops and solution design sessions, making configuration and technical decisions independently.
n

Supplier Support & Change Management
n
n
Guide suppliers through upgrades and feature releases requiring action on their end.
n
Troubleshoot issues and manage client expectations throughout the integration lifecycle.
n
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for onboarding current suppliers.
n




Run internal working groups and cross‐team coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
n
n
Required experience and skills
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
n
3+ years managing SaaS or software integration projects with clients. Experience translating business logic into platform configurations.
n
Strong technical foundation: REST APIs, system integration patterns, scripting/coding, SQL, and data modelling.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver under uncertainty.
n

Nice-to-Have
n
n
Passion for food, coffee, or hospitality; understanding of supplier operations or small business dynamics.
n
Experience with supply chain, ordering systems, or marketplaces.
n
Familiarity with agile software delivery environments.
n
Familiarity with contemporary AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) or workflow automation software (e.g., n8n).
