Are you an experienced Instrument Supervisor with a strong background in FPSO operations and offshore maintenance? We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee instrumentation maintenance activities and support the reliable operation of a world-class offshore production facility.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and supervise Instrument Technicians and contractors offshore.
n
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize instrumentation and control systems. Monitor equipment performance, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.
n
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
n
Support environmental compliance and pollution prevention measures.
n
Demonstrate strong leadership through planning, coordination, and team development.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
HNC/HND in Instrumentation or equivalent qualification.
n
Minimum 5 years of offshore experience, preferably with FPSO facilities.
n
Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
n
Experience with Permit to Work systems, Mechanical Isolation Standards, and Risk Assessments.
n
COMP-EX Certification preferred.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.
n
English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above.
n
