Lead Qlik Business Intelligence Specialists

Job details
n
We are seeking two experienced Business Intelligence Specialists to deliver a production ready Qlik Cloud workplace.
n
This engagement will include:
n
n
Migration of Qlik Sense Apps from on-premise infrastructure to Qlik Cloud
n
Implementation of a governance framework
n
Replacement of legacy static reporting capability currently delivered via Qlik nPrinting
n
Transfer of capability to NIAA business as usual support
n
n
Key duties and responsibilities
n
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivery of the following:
n
Application migration
n
n
Migration and enhancement of existing data models
n
Migration of in-scope Qlik applications from on-premise to Qlik Cloud
n
Validation of functionality, performance and data integrity
n
n
Platform capability replacement
n
n




Replacement of in-scope Qlik nPrinting reports with equivalent Qlik Cloud reporting solutions
n
Configuration of equivalent GeoAnalytics functionality within Qlik Cloud
n
n
Governance model implementation
n
n
Define and implement change and release management processes
n
Implementation of the agreed role-based access control model
n
Configuration of audit and monitoring capabilities
n
n
Standards and documentation
n
n
Development standards and naming conventions
n
Data model and dashboard design standards
n
Administration runbooks and support documentation
n
n
Training and transition
n
n
User training materials and sessions
n
Administrator training materials and handover sessions
n
Knowledge transfer and supporting documentation to enable transition to BAU implementation and business ownership
n
n
Criteria
n
n
1. Strong track record developing interactive Qlik dashboards and reports.
n
2. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing physical data models in Microsoft SQL Server.
n
3. Highly developed data communication skills, including the ability to explain data concepts to audiences of varying data literacy levels.
n
4. Understanding of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, the sensitivities associated with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander data, and the ability to communicate and manage such data in a respectful, appropriate, and culturally informed manner.

Qlik Cloud Criteria
n
n
1. Demonstrated Qlik Cloud experience in Tenant administration, including the management of spaces, roles and access permissions
n
2. Demonstrated Qlik Cloud experience in Qlik Automate, including automation workflows, notifications, integration and webhooks
n
