JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Transport Execution Coordinator to manage bulky deliveries to customers and stores with end-to-end visibility of last-mile activities. You will monitor movement of bulky items, coordinate with stores, customer service and carriers, and respond to inquiries with prompt, courteous service.

Key duties include implementing SOPs, supporting carrier management, notifying customers of delays, and maintaining robust relationships with the Customer Service team.
