Thirteenth Beach Golf Links is seeking talented and dedicated Room Attendants to join our Lodges housekeeping team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is a casual position with flexible hours however we do require availability over a 7 day roster.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
Restock and replenish guest room supplies and amenities
n
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure guest satisfaction
n
Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
n
Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues
n

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
