ABOUT YOU:

You're an experienced Business Development Manager who loves winning new business and building long-term commercial relationships. You're proactive, commercially sharp and know how to navigate the volume builder market.
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Proven success selling building materials to major volume builders.
n
Strong relationships within the residential construction market.
n
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
n
A strong understanding of the building materials industry.
n
A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of opening doors and winning accounts.
n
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Confidence dealing with procurement, estimating and senior decision-makers.
n
The drive and autonomy to build a market and make it your own.
