We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on developer to modernise complex, time-critical applications supporting energy market operations.

What we need

Strong backend development experience with C# and contemporary .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.
n
Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning, transactions, locking and concurrency.
n
Experience with asynchronous, multithreaded, scheduled or event-driven systems.
n
Strong understanding of synchronisation, race conditions, timeouts, retries and failure recovery.
n
Ability to troubleshoot across application code, databases, services, configuration, scripts and infrastructure.
n




Experience modernising legacy systems while preserving existing business rules and processing outcomes.
