The Role
n
Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will provide day‐to‐day support across a well‐maintained residential portfolio while continuing to develop your knowledge across all areas of Property Management.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
n
Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractorsConducting routine inspections and completing reports
n
Assisting with leasing, open homes and tenancy applications
n
Supporting general Property Management administration
n
Ensuring clients and tenants receive a high level of communication and service
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and genuinely interested in building a long‐term career in Property Management.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous exposure to real estate or Property Management
n
A current QLD Certificate of Registration, or be working towards obtaining one
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A positive, professional and team‐focused approach
n
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
