The Clermont Hotel Motel is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Manager to join and lead our Hotel/Motel team located in Clermont, Queensland.

The Clermont Hotel Motel, known locally as the Hoey Moey, is located in the Isaac region in the town of Clermont Qld and is famous for its great pub meals and affordable accommodation.
n
Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
n
A minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality management experience is required
n
Capacity to work in a team setting while leading from the front
n
Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
n
Extensive restaurant, accommodation, functions & bar experience
n
Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistent quality customer experience
n
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
n
Current RSA, RLMV and Approved Managers license and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
Strong financial skills
n
Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
