To be successful for this role you will have:
n
n
Experience supervising maintenance, construction or building projects and teams.
n
Ability to prepare estimates, quotations, tender documentation and project trade packages.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
n
Knowledge of building inspections, condition assessments and maintenance delivery.
n
Trade qualification highly regarded,



together with strong computer skills, a current driver's license and White Card.
n

The Supervisor plays a key role in delivering maintenance, construction and building improvement projects by coordinating project activities, supervising staff and contractors, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. The role is responsible for preparing estimates, quotations and tender documentation, conducting building inspections and condition assessments, and supporting the efficient planning and delivery of projects.

Working closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams, the position provides leadership and technical guidance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service. The role contributes to business growth through the promotion of services, identification of new opportunities and delivery of responsive, value-driven solutions.
