About the roles

Our Leading Handswill be hands-on while keeping a crew organised and the job moving, working closely with the site foremen day-to-day.

What we're looking for:
/n
/n
Trade qualified — carpentry background preferred for Leading Hand roles
/n
5+ years onsite residential experience
/n
Minimum 2 years in a leading hand, foreman or supervisory role
/n
Experience in high-end single residential and/or Class 2 multi-residential
/n
Positive eye for architectural detail and finishes
/n
Confident managing subbies, schedules and client-facing situations
/n
Full working rights in Australia
