Due to increasing demand from commercial property investors, we are seeking a Junior Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team, based out of our Port Melbourne office.

Main responsibilities include:

Responding to leads generated from promotional activities

/n
Identifying current listing opportunities

/n
Negotiating sales and leases

/n
Managing online property listings

/n
Working collaboratively within the sales & leasing team

/n
Completing end-to-end sales & leasing processes

/n
Building solid client relationships

/n




Preparing listing campaign proposals

/n
Managing advertising campaigns

/n
Receive training and mentorship from our highly skilled and knowledgeable team

/n
Sales and leasing commissions payable on top of your base salary and superannuation

/n
In office car parking

/n
Commercial real estate operates from Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (highly regarded)

/n
A confident and enthusiastic attitude

High attention to detail

Ability to work in a close team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A drivers license & motor vehicle (essential)
