POSITION

/n

Due to the need for future succession planning and growth, the position of Associate Director has been created.

/n

This role will involve the following:

/n

/n
Work alongside the Partners to manage a client portfolio

/n
Assist in the day to day operations of the firm

/n
Provide leadership to a motivated team

/n
Help grow the advisory arm of the firm in addition to the tax compliance fee base

/n/n

CANDIDATE





/n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

/n

/n
CA/CPA

/n
10+ years experience in Australian Public Practice

/n
A genuine passion and interest in progressing to equity partnership (2 years)

/n
Experience with primary production and mining clients would be highly desirable (or a willingness to work with clients in this industry)

/n
Experience with clients in excess of $100m in turnover

/n
Ability to operate at the level of Director

/n
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)

/n
An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn

/n/n
