We're looking for passionate and experienced Retail Assistants to join our team over the Christmas period (November - December) with potential for an ongoing role!

As a Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of Nudie Glow, assisting customers in discovering their perfect skincare routine, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and keeping our store welcoming and well-stocked. If you're passionate about beauty, love interacting with people, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

On any given day, you will:

Provide outstanding service by assisting customers with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
/n
Assist with daily store operations, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual standards.
/n
Support in maintaining a clean and organised store setting.
/n
Collaborate with the team to actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
/n
Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, including cash handling and card payments.

What You'll Bring to this Role
/n
/n
Previous retail experience (beauty industry experience is a bonus!).
/n
Providing amazing and friendly customer service by connecting with customers with an upbeat attitude.
/n
Solid communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries related to beauty, skincare and fragrance insightfully and professionally.
/n
Confidence and an understanding of K Beauty to promote and sell products.
/n
Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. (1 year preferred)
/n
A keen interest in beauty and skincare products (K-beauty knowledge is a plus!).
