Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
/n
Assist the team in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery.
/n
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
/n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives.
/n
Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
/n
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
/n
Support the adoption of Agile tools and techniques across the organisation.
/n
Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Profile
/n
/n
MUST be an Australian Citizen, due to the industry the client operates in.
/n
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery professional supporting multiple teams
/n
Robust experience coaching teams through Agile adoption and maturity uplift initiatives
/n
Ability to facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies across hybrid or distributed teams
/n
Experience working within IT operations, application support, or service delivery environments
/n
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
/n
Ability to navigate complex environments and support cultural and behavioural change
/n
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms
/n
Robust understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement principles
