This is a substantive in-house role advising senior leaders on commercial and compliance matters central to the firm's operations.
You will report to the General Counsel and handle client engagement terms, supplier agreements, contracting issues and regulatory compliance, with a solid emphasis on conflicts management and risk mitigation across the business.
