Juniper is one of Western Australia's largest local, not-for-profit aged care providers, supporting older Western Australians across metropolitan and regional WA.

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our Learning and Development team and support the continued development of capability across Juniper.
n
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead organisation-wide learning, leadership and capability initiatives that support workforce performance, employee development and regulatory compliance.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and implement Juniper's enterprise learning and workforce capability strategy.
n
Lead leadership development programs and capability initiatives across the organisation.
n
Support succession planning, talent development and career pathways.
n
Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of enterprise learning programs.
n
Provide oversight of learning systems, governance and compliance reporting.
n
Partner with Clinical Governance, Quality and operational leaders on specialist workforce capability initiatives.
n
Lead, coach and develop the Learning and Development team.
n
Manage L&D; priorities, resources, external providers and budgets.
n
n
About you:
n
You will be an experienced L&D; or workforce capability skilled with strong people leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse organisation.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Significant experience leading a Learning and Development or workforce capability function.
n
Experience developing and implementing learning, leadership and capability initiatives.
n
Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Contemporary knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and leadership development.
n
Experience with learning systems, digital learning, governance and compliance.
n
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Organisational Development,



Business or a related discipline.
n
n
Experience within aged care, health, disability, community services or another regulated sector will be highly regarded.
n

Competitive remuneration package, with salary from $138,500 + superannuation.

Salary packaging of up to $18,550 per annum to increase your take-home pay.
