Trinity College, located in the northern Adelaide region, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support HR across multiple sites during a parental leave cover.
The role reports to the Director of People & Culture and covers onboarding, contracts, recruitment, industrial relations, and HRIS initiatives.
You will combine technical HR expertise with collaboration, empathy and a focus on staff development to deliver excellent outcomes for students and staff.
