This isa fantastic opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and development of vitalcivil infrastructure across the Camden Local Government Area.

As a Civil Construction and Maintenance Operative, you'll play a key role indelivering civil construction and maintenance activities. From road repairs andstormwater works to concreting and traffic control, your work will directlybenefit the Camden community. You'll be part of a supportive team
environment,undertaking
physical labouring duties and operating plant and equipment tocomplete a variety of civil projects.

Demonstrated ability ingeneral labouring duties relevant to Civil Construction and
Maintenanceactivities
such as installing concrete assets, roadmaintenance stormwater and drainage, asset repairs, signage maintenance, and emergencyresponse
n
Demonstrated ability tooperate minor plant and equipment associated with construction andmaintenance work
n
Demonstrated ability towork as part of a team with minimal supervision and a commitment toworking in a cohesive team workplace and multiskilling
n
Physical
requirements,capacity
and willingness to undertake the demands of the role
n
Basic numeracy andliteracy to perform basic administrative duties
n
Ability to makedecisions and act with initiative to identify and solve basic problems
n
Punctual and reliableapproach to work hours
n
Demonstrated ability toapply WHS and EEO principles at the workplace

WHS General
InductionCertificate
n
Current Class C (minimum) NSW licence or equivalent
n
MR or HR class driver'slicence
n
Traffic
Controllerqualification
(TCR)

Any of backhoe, loader,excavator, skidsteer, roller, tractor, or truck driving experience
