$137,****** per annum + 12% superannuationFull time, fixed term prospect until 30/06/2027Geelong based role (hybrid - 3 days a week in office)About the opportunityThe IME Coordinator supports the Health & Recovery Division by coordinating the effective day-to-day operation of WorkSafe's IME services including examiner engagement, performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
The IME Coordinator works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, Agents, medical practitioners and providers to ensure IME services operate efficiently and in line with policy, legislation and governance requirements.KeyaccountabilitiesCoordinateday-to-day operational activities relating to Independent Medical Examinations, ensuring timely deliveryIME panel coordination, including recruitment, onboarding, maintenance of credentials and panel recordsSupport access to IMEs across specialties, including monitoring demand and identifying capacity issuesManage IME-related enquiries from Agents, providers and internalstakeholdersQualityand compliance activities relating to IME performance, including tracking requirements, documentation and undertaking review processesDrive implementation and evaluation of IME-related initiatives, guidance materials and processimprovementsCollect,analyse and maintain IME-related data to support reporting, monitoring of trends and identification of improvementopportunitiesPreparationof reports, dashboards and briefing materials relating to IME activity, quality and service deliveryPlan & deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including forums, communications and coordination of feedbackAbout youYou are an adaptable and organised professional who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
