What we are looking for:
n
McHugh Steel is looking for Truck Driver who holds an HC Licence to join the team, in this role everyday is different and if you like a role with variety this could be your new role. You will be more than just a truck driver, you will assist in the yard with loading/unloading and provide high level customer service to our clients.
n
Duties will include but not limited to:
n
n
Transport goods by road to and from distribution centre to clients across Queensland.
n
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
n
Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers driving.
n




Comply with all road rules.
n
Load and unload goods at distribution centre and clients location, such as frames, trusses and roofing materials.
n
Assist team with other duties when needed such as, customer service, housekeeping, loading/unloading trucks.
n

About You:
n
n
Have a strong focus on customer service
n
Ability to work within a team and autonomously
n
Physically fit, some manual handling may be required
n
Willingness to complete general hand duties to assist the team
n
n
Job Requirements
n
n
Truck License - HC required
n
CV Crane Ticket or ability to obtain
n
Forklift license or ability to obtain
n
Experience loading and unloading trucks
n
n
