We are searching for an experienced and customer focused skilled to start as a Customer Service Officer with our client in Mackay. This role will suit candidates with a high attention to detail, who are customer focused and productive at delivering a high quality service.

Dayshift at $43.12ph plus penalties for OT

Role Description
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Provide customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
Liaise with colleagues to deliver orders and stock information efficiently
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Take all incoming customer enquiries and refer them to other departments if required (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
General data entry duties

About you
Customer focused
High attention to detail




Experience handling customer enquiries both via phone and email
Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently
Experience with order entry and quoting
Ability to Multitask
