About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Club Attendants to join one of our unique and dynamic venues. This hands-on role offers variety, where no two days are the same, supporting smooth operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Providing friendly, qualified service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas
/n
Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards
/n
Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience
/n
Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach
/n
Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment
/n
Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures
/n
Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours

About You
/n

Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service
/n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
/n
Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
/n
Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
/n
Well-presented with a professional approach
/n
A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
/n
Adaptable to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
