We are seeking a practice manager to take care of 2 small clinics located 500m away in Blacktown and Marayong.
As our Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring practices are thriving well.

Key responsibilities
Attend HR services
Lead, mentor, and support front desk and clinical staff
Train new administration staff
Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, and patient flow
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Drive practice growth through excellent service and efficiency
Coordinate with practice owners and accountant
About you
Proven experience in medical practice management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities
Familiarity with Best Practice software and billing processes
