Job Description
Workwear Group, part of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, is seeking a Leading Hand to drive safe, effective warehouse day-to-day operations.
You will support receiving, handling, storing and dispatching goods, ensuring orders are picked, packed, invoiced and delivered on time.
You will lead the team, optimise workloads, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement while working with RF scanning and WMS in a high-volume distribution centre.
