Job Description
Edgars Creek Secondary College in Melbourne is seeking a Learning Specialist who will spend most of their time in the classroom delivering high‐quality teaching while leading school‐wide skilled learning and mentoring teachers.
You will model exemplary practice, use data to inform improvement, coordinate intervention and PLC initiatives, and collaborate with the leadership team to raise literacy, numeracy and student wellbeing across years 7–12.
