NSW Health invites applications for a BereavementCounsellor/Coordinatorwithin Supportive and Palliative Care at Western Sydney Local Health District.
Based at Mt Druitt, you will lead a comprehensive bereavement service, delivering specialist counselling, support programs and follow-up to families and carers across the district.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, influence service development, contribute to education and research in bereavement care, and help shape best-practice
