The role:

Manage the day-to-day store operations and ensure key KPI's are achieved
n
Provide effective leadership fostering a positive and high-performance culture
n
Lead a safe work culture by promoting and maintaining protected work practices that lead to an accident and injury free working environment.
n
Lead and motivate the team, provide training, coaching, and performance mentoring
n
n
To be successful in this role you will need:

Previous proven experience in a similar role
n
You will need to demonstrate resilience under pressure, handle frustration effectively and maintain strong self-discipline.

Exceptional time management skills while prioritising customer experience
n
Effective leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
