Boilermaker / Fabricator – Casual Position

An established and reputable fabrication workshop in Tingalpa is seeking experienced
Boilermakers/Fabricators
to join the team. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the chance to work on a variety of high-quality fabrication projects.

About the Role
n
This position involves workshop-based fabrication and welding duties, with occasional site work as required. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Performing welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
n
Utilising a range of metalworking tools and equipment
n
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and safe workshop/site operations
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
n
n
About You
n
n




Significant experience as a Boilermaker or Fabricator within the Trades & Services industry
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a
Boilermaker/Fabricator
is required
n
Strong welding skills with proficiency across multiple welding techniques
n
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques is preferred
n
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
n
Certificate III qualification in
Boilermaking/Fabrication
is required
n
