About the Role
n
We're seeking a driven Business Development Managerwith experience in Commercial Real Estate to play a key role in expanding our management portfolio across industrial, retail, and office assets.
n
You'll be responsible for driving growth through new business generation, relationship management, and delivering outstanding client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on results and enjoys the fast-paced, dynamic world of commercial property.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Generate new business through proactive prospecting and databasing
n
Conduct property appraisals, negotiations, management proposal presentations and onboarding administration.
n
Manage inspections, compliance, and marketing campaigns
n
Maintain and build strong client relationships across your database
n
Work within Cirrus8 and REX databases to ensure accuracy and performance tracking
n
Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a vibrant, success-driven culture
n
n

Attractive salary package: $100K–$200K (On Target Earnings), based on experience and performance

You're a confident, self-motivated property skilled who loves connecting with people and driving results. You're inquisitive, commercially savvy, and take ownership of your work.

You'll bring:

Strong commercial real estate knowledge (industrial, retail, office)
n
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
n
High energy, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude
n
A results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously
n
Great time management and attention to detail
n
Real Estate License and Drivers License
n
A personality that "passes the pub test" – personable, genuine, and easy to work with
