State Government of Victoria is seeking a casual Field Officer based from Ballarat to supervise clients on community work sites. The role involves transporting participants to partner not-for-profit organisations and guiding them to perform tasks such as graffiti removal, painting, litter collection, mowing and weeding.

Applicants should have solid communication, a solid understanding of OH&S; practices, and the ability to build rapport. A full and current driver's licence is required.
