We're now actively recruiting a passionate Group Fitness Manager to join our brand-new Toowoomba club.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching one of Toowoomba's newest premium fitness destinations, building an engaged Group Fitness community and leading an incredible team of instructors from day one.

About the Opportunity
n
As a Group Fitness Manager, you'll be at the heart of the club, driving energy, attendance and community through our Group Fitness offering.
n
You'll lead and support instructors, build an engaging timetable, and create an environment where members feel motivated, connected and inspired.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Driving growth and attendance across Group Fitness classes
n
Recruiting, mentoring and supporting instructors
n
Managing and evolving class timetables to suit member demand
n
Promoting Group Fitness through social media and in-club activities
n
Supporting a strong, positive and high-energy class culture
n




Working closely with club leadership to align with overall club goals
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in Group Fitness (leadership experience preferred)
n
Passion for fitness, community and member engagement
n
A natural motivator who brings energy and positivity
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
n
Confident using systems and adapting to new tools
n
