DiroDi is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and engaged team in Cheltenham.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Paid advertising: Help manage and optimise our Meta and Google advertising. Experience is valuable, but we're willing to train someone with the right aptitude and drive.
n
Influencers & sponsorships: Find and reach out to potential influencers,



creators and sponsorship partners, coordinate deals and manage relationships and deliverables.
n
Content: Help make sure we have a consistent pipeline of outstanding content for advertising, social media and campaigns. Depending on your skills, you might create content yourself or coordinate others to produce it.
n
Social media: Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and look for ways to increase reach and engagement.
n
Email & SMS: Build and schedule campaigns, maintain customer lists and segments, and help improve campaign performance.
n
Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews, help generate more reviews and identify great customer feedback we can use in our marketing.
n
Campaigns: Help coordinate marketing activity across channels and make sure campaigns, content and assets are delivered accurately and on time.
n

Who We're Looking For

You're proactive. You notice things that could be better and take action rather than waiting to be told.

You're curious. You genuinely want to develop your digital marketing skills and understand what makes marketing work.
n
You're organised. You're comfortable having multiple campaigns, content requirements and relationships moving at once.
n
You're a good communicator.



You're comfortable reaching out to people and representing DiroDi professionally.
n
You're commercially aware. You understand that marketing ultimately needs to attract customers and help grow the business.
n
You're comfortable working independently. You'll have support, but you'll also be expected to organise your work and follow things through.
n
Previous experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, e-commerce, email/SMS, social media, influencer marketing or content creation would be useful, but we don't expect you to know everything.

A marketing degree is not required.
