We are currently seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our growing team for an ongoing FIFO opportunity in the Kalgoorlie region on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

About the Role
/n
As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing, and overhaul of drilling equipment. The successful candidates will be confident working both within a team environment and independently in a workshop setting, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
To be considered for this role, you will have:
/n
/n
Australian recognised Trade Qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or equivalent.
/n
Proven experience working as a Drill Fitter on surface or underground drill rigs.
/n
Solid mechanical diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
/n
Experience carrying out repairs, maintenance, rebuilds, and component replacements.
/n
The ability to work independently in a workshop without direct supervision.
/n
A proactive attitude with excellent problem‐solving abilities.
/n
A robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
/n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
/n/n
Essential Requirements
/n
/n
Relevant Trade Certificate.
/n
Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR licence desirable).
/n
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
/n
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
/n
Full Australian working rights.
/n/n
