What's the role on offer?
n
Join Alliance Airlines as our Document Controller and play a key role in keeping our business running safely, smoothly and in full compliance. In this 12-month contract role at our Head Office in Brisbane, you'll manage company-wide documentation and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, safety and security.

Coordinate, update and distribute all controlled manuals and publications to ensure accuracy and seamless operational continuity.
n
Maintain comprehensive registers of manuals, holders, locations and revision statuses across the organisation.
n
Liaise with CASA, manage
approvals/exemptions
documentation and ensure strict safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
n
Support manual creation, formatting, repairs, archiving and updates in line with company policy and operational needs.
n
Build robust cross-department relationships to ensure clear communication, smooth workflows and minimal operational disruption.
n
Juggle competing priorities while championing safety, continuous improvement and professional, efficient administration in all activities.

Who are we looking for?
n
We're seeking a detail-driven, organised and proactive Document Controller who brings technical skill, strong communication and a calm, professional approach to a fast-moving aviation environment. If you're disciplined, confident working independently and committed to accuracy and compliance, you'll be a great fit for this role.
n
n
Strong Word/Word-processing skills and a Document Control qualification (with additional
business/administration
studies a bonus).
n
Brings solid experience in aviation document control supported by strong computer skills across Word and Excel.
n
Demonstrates excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
n
Confident in following instructions, making sound decisions and applying company policies, formats and procedures.
n
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain high accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
n
Displays a friendly, cooperative nature with the tenacity, urgency and attention to detail needed to support a busy operational environment.
