About the Role
n
As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing enquiries and converting leads into vehicle sales
n
Building robust relationships with customers and understanding their needs
n
Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Maintaining a strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle inventory
n
Negotiating confidently to achieve sales targets and gross profit
n
Following up leads and maintaining an active customer pipeline
n
Coordinating pre-owned vehicles with photographers to ensure they are presented and photographed for online listings
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle and customer information within the CRM
n
Ensuring accurate completion of sales documentation
n
Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
n

About You
n
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

Previous automotive sales experience, preferably within pre-owned vehicles
n




Experience in a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded.
n
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
Strong negotiation and closing skills
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
n
Strong follow-up and relationship-building capabilities
n
A current and unrestricted driver's licence
n
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
