We're growing our team and looking for passionate Support Workers to support clients across Lismore to Ballina, including Ballina and Wollongbar.

Support clients across the Lismore to Ballina region
n
Morning and afternoon shifts available
n
Flexible availability throughout the week
n
Casual opportunities available
n
$***** per hour + casual loading + 12% super
n

What your day could look like
n
Every day is different, but you'll make a genuine difference by supporting clients to live safely and independently at home.
n
n
Personal care: Supporting clients with showering, dressing and grooming
n
Domestic assistance: Helping keep homes clean, safe and comfortable
n
Transport: Assisting with appointments, shopping and community activities
n
Medication support: Helping clients maintain their medication routines
n
Meal preparation: Preparing anything from simple meals to batch cooking
n
Social connection: Building meaningful relationships and helping clients stay connected to their community
n
n
What you'll bring
n




n
A genuine passion for supporting people in their own homes and communities
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent, or relevant experience
n
A solid work ethic and understanding of community care
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Willingness to obtain comprehensive vehicle insurance, First Aid/CPR and WWCC
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
n
Confidence using smartphones and tablets
n
