We have an exciting chance for an Internal SalesPerson to join our team in Cairns.

About the Role:
n
As an Internal Salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, engaging with both public and account customers. You'll handle counter sales, telephone enquiries, quoting, and after-sales follow-ups, ensuring all customer needs are met. This role will also involve close collaboration with various internal departments while fostering strong relationships with our valued external clients.

We are looking for someone who combines a passion for customer service with experience in sales. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, making this a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in sales.

The key areas of responsibility for this position are:
n

Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers;
n
Understanding and interpreting customer requirements;
n




Preparing and following up on estimates and quotations;
n
Promoting the products and services of the Company to existing and new customers;
n
Above all, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is paramount
n
n
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
n
n
Previous customer service experience would be regarded however is not essential;
n
Commitment and willingness to learn;
n
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
n
Strong organisation skills coupled with good computer skills.
n
