About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for high-quality servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and builds across a wide range of bikes—from daily commuters to performance road and mountain bikes. This role suits someone who can work independently, deliver consistent workmanship, communicate clearly with customers, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

What You'll Do
n
n
Complete general servicing, advanced repairs, and full rebuilds
n
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (e-bike) issues
n
Good bike knowledge to help sell e-bikes and regular bikes
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop
n




Engage with customers in a friendly, qualified manner
n
Assist with inventory, parts ordering, and workshop workflow
n
Support occasional events, rides, or community initiatives
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
2+ years qualified bike mechanic experience (or equivalent skills)
n
Strong knowledge of modern components, hydraulics, wheel building, and e-bike systems
n
Solid attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
n
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
n
Reliability, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
