About the Opportunity
n
This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment as a Pharmacy Assistant. You will work within a GMP-regulated environment, supporting the preparation, inspection and packing of pharmaceutical products.
n
Duties
n
n
Data entry and administration
n
Picking and preparing raw materials
n
Labelling, inspecting and sealing pharmaceutical products
n
Packing finished products and conducting final quality checks
n
Repetitive lifting (12kg max)




n
Preparing products for dispatch
n
Completing documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
Following strict quality and safety procedures
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Tertiary qualification in pharmacy, science or similar would be ideal
n
Experience in retail pharmacy, dispensingmedicine or
pharmaceuticalmanufacturing
is preferred
n
Full working rights in Australia (student visas cannot be considered)
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Computer literacy and confidence using systems
n
Ability to work shift hours on an ongoing basis
n
Available to start immediately and reliable
n
Available to work some weekends and public holidays
n
Able to do repetitive lifting of up to 12kg's
n
Able to be on your feet majority of your shift
n
Willing to under go a pre-employment medical & police check
n
