The Culinary Institute of America is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repairs across campus facilities. You will conduct preventative maintenance, service mechanical equipment, and coordinate work priorities with the Building Maintenance Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include inspections of boilers, roofs and infrastructure, and assisting outside contractors while ensuring safety standards and minimal disruption to classes and campus life.
