WE ARE HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
n Permanent Part-Time | 25+ Hours Per Week

KB Infinity Support is looking for amotivated, caring and energetic Support Workerto join our team supporting a38-year-old female participantliving withAutism and Cerebral Palsy.
n
This role is perfect for someone who enjoysbuilding genuine connections, supporting independence and bringing positive energy to their work.
n
About the Role
n
This is primarily1:1 support, working closely with a wonderful female participant bothin the home and out in the community.
n
Support will include:
n
n
Community access– getting out and about, activities and appointments
n
Encouraging independence with everyday tasks
n
Providing motivation and positive support
n
Building trust and connection
n
n
The role will also includeSupported Independent Living (SIL) shifts in the home, supportinganother female participantas part of a small, supportive team environment.
n
Hours & Shifts
n
n




Permanent Part-Time –25+ hours per week
n
Sleepover shifts included
n
Every second weekend required
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:

Patient and understanding
n
Positive with great energy
n
A excellent communicator
n
Passionate about disability support
n
Calm and supportive when managing mild behaviours that can arise during everyday routines
n

Qualifications
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred but not essential)
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Driver's Licence
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
n
n
