About the Role
n
You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team handling a diverse range of family law matters, including, assisting clients in parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, spousal maintenance, child support, domestic and family violence matters.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing your own files under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist.
n
Preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Court.
n
Meeting with clients and providing transparent, compassionate legal advice.
n




Instructing counsel and conducting legal research.
n

Requirements
n
To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a current Practising Certificate. Hold a current drivers licence and willing to travel for work. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This role is based in Brisbane. You can expect some travel between other offices and courts from time to time.
