Our practice is conveniently located minutes from public transport and has parking available on site. Being fully computerised we have a keen interest in how technology can improve healthcare service delivery. Have experience or are studying in a healthcare-related field

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing administrative support to a team of GPs, nurses and allied health professionals
n
Management of appointment book and phone switchboard
n
Responding to patient enquiries and managing correspondence
n
Patient billing processes and daily banking reconciliation;
n
Re-stocking and facilities management;
n
n

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded.
