About the Role
n
As an Educator, you'll play an key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging, are encouraged to explore their interests and are supported to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.
n
What You'll Do
n
Build genuine, trusting and respectful relationships with children, families and your team
n
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity and discovery
n
Support each child's individual development, interests, strengths and learning journey
n
Contribute to meaningful observations, learning stories and documentation
n
Create a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels valued
n
Work collaboratively with a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care
n
Engage positively with families and contribute to strong family partnerships
n
Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to continuous improvement
n
Help create a fun,



positive and supportive atmosphere where children and educators can thrive
n
About You
n

You will also have:
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards an approved qualification
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, as applicable
n
A valid Working with Children Check
n
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
n
