About the Role
n
As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked store. You will assist customers with product selections, process sales transactions, and help ensure the bottle shop operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
n
Processing sales transactions accurately through the POS system
n




Assisting customers with product recommendations and enquiries
n
Receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock
n
Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness standards
n
Monitoring inventory levels and reporting stock requirements
n
Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations
n
Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous retail, bottle shop, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Reliability, flexibility, and availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
The ability to undertake some manual handling and lifting duties
n
