Full-Time Retail Professional - South Wharf DFO, VIC

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Retail Professional for our DFO South Wharf Outlet in Melbourne on a full-time basis covering both selected weekdays and weekend days.
n

Key responsibilities
n

Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
n
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
n
The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
n
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
n
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
n

Requirements
n
To be successful in your application,



you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Working Hours
n
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application!
