Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and support quality activities within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and drive a strong culture of quality across the organisation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards, manage quality processes and support continuous improvement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
n
Oversee controlled documentation and quality records.
n
Manage and support deviations, CAPA and change control.
n
Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements.
n
Support audits, inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
n
Oversee quality training and associated records.
n
Work collaboratively with operational and cross-functional teams.
n
Promote a strong quality and compliance culture across the organisation.
n
3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within a GMP or highly regulated environment.
n
Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices,



diagnostics, life sciences or another highly regulated healthcare environment.
n
Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to a Quality Management System.
n
Practical experience with controlled documents, deviations, CAPA, change control, training and quality records.
n
Strong practical understanding and application of GMP principles and regulatory requirements.
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation and communication skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
n
