About the role
n
Facto is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent team — someone who wants to build a career in professional services recruitment, minus the sales.
n
This is a pure talent sourcing role. You'll support our Senior Talent Partner in finding, engaging, and screening top candidates across our core practice areas — Project & Agile Delivery, Business Analysis & Product, and Quality Assurance. No BD, no client sales targets. Just great sourcing.
n
You'll work within a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in. It's a fast-paced environment, but a supportive one — the kind of place where curiosity and a great attitude are highly valued.

What you'll do:
n
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database/ATS
n
Support pipelining of talent across our Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance capabilities
n
Help screen candidates on the phone for availability, right to work, salary expectations, and basic fit
n




Draft and post job ads across relevant channels
n
Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS
n
Support shortlist preparation for live roles
n
Help build and nurture talent communities for hard-to-fill and recurring roles
n
Nurture and maintain in regular contact with our existing talent
n
Who you are:
n
You've got some experience in sourcing or recruitment already — agency background is ideal, but not essential
n
You might be early in your agency recruitment career and looking to move into professional
services/consulting,
with a focus purely on sourcing rather than sales
n
You're detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles at once
n
You're AI curious and keen to explore how it can improve and positively impact recruitment and talent processes
n
You're a genuine team player — no egos here, just good collaborators with a can-do attitude
n
You're open to learning and keen to grow your sourcing craft
n
Nice to have:
n
Experience sourcing for IT/technology roles
n
Exposure to an ATS (e.g. JobAdder)
n
Understanding of contractor vs. permanent engagement models
n
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search skills
n
Confident, professional candidate communication
n
Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles concurrently
