What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coordinating workshop schedules, job priorities, and production activities
n
Managing purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory control
n
Coordinating freight, dispatch,



and supply chain activities
n
Monitoring job progress, reporting, and operational documentation
n
Acting as a key contact for customer enquiries and service updates
n
Supporting ISO, SHERQ, quality and safety compliance requirements
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace efficiency
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
2+ years' experience in operations planning, workshop coordination, purchasing, or inventory control
n
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
n
SAP or ERP system experience highly regarded
n
Knowledge of ISO standards and SHERQ compliance
n
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Forklift Licence, White Card, First Aid/CPR, or supply chain qualifications highly regarded
n
